Before you share your floor plan, photos, equipment and production details with us, here is our commitment in plain terms: what you send us is treated as confidential and used only for your project.
We do not share, sell, publish or disclose your designs, layouts, photos or any information you provide to any third party without your prior consent. Everything you send is used solely to understand your needs and prepare your solution.
01 What you may share with us
- Company and contact details
- Floor plans, layouts and photos of your production space
- The equipment you run and how it's arranged
- Production volumes, blends and process requirements
- Any notes you add to the questionnaire or floor planner
02 How we use it
Only to do the job you asked us to do: assess your needs, size and design the right silo and handling system, prepare your quote, and support your project. Nothing more.
03 Who can see it
Only the XJENINGS team working on your project. If delivering your solution ever requires involving a named partner or supplier, we will tell you and ask first — they would be bound by the same confidentiality. We never use your information for marketing or share it with anyone else without your written consent.
04 Your control & your rights
XJENINGS (a Berunse Holding ApS company, Copenhagen, Denmark) acts as data controller and handles your information in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). At any time you may:
- Access a copy of what we hold about you
- Correct anything that's inaccurate
- Delete your information, or ask us to stop using it
- Withdraw your consent — without affecting work already agreed
Just email info@xjenings.com. You also have the right to contact the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you have a concern.
05 Storage & retention
Your information is stored securely and kept only for as long as your project requires. When it's no longer needed — or whenever you ask — it is deleted.
06 Want a mutual NDA?
If you'd prefer a formal agreement before sharing anything, we're glad to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement first. Just let us know and we'll send one over.
07 Acknowledgement & consent
